Right of Withdrawal Policy

Consumers residing in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from distance purchase contracts within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exception for Digital Content

Please note that OrdinoSheets exclusively sells digital products delivered electronically.

By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the download or access to the digital content has begun.

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied in a non-tangible medium when:

• The performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent; and

• The consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
